i went in to the store not in a very good mood, that morning my FRANCIS OTTOMAN LIFT UP BED. frame only same how on ordering my new bed 5 weeks before A mattress was not orded IAN took control so on the 6/6/18 i will receive a mattress hopefully i will not have spend more nights on the floor HIGHLY SATISFIED with IAN help,

amira was such a darling both times I visted, the first time it was me and my husband and she took the time to explain the different doze mattresses we then returned with our grandson. she was so gracious and offered us lovely cups of tea. thank you Amira, we will be back for the pillows!

The Ambience of the store is light, airy, welcoming and friendly. I felt so at ease to lay on the mattresses I was trying out for a lengthy time. I enjoyed my morning in the store and so did my twin toddlers.. The staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease

Amira was very helpful in explaining all the various products on offer and the different methods of financing. She was also able to provide information on delivery times and prices extremely quickly and precisely.

Friendly service, queries dealt with quickly, no hard sell. How sales should be.

Immediately greeted. Very helpful sales assistant. Helped me find right products for me from what was available. Maybe a better selection of bedding would make my experience even better
