I am moving house and am purchasing new beds for my property. I had visited the Dreams store in Brimsdown, Mollison Ave, Enfield and was totally disappointed with the customer service. Staff seemed disinterested and although I like to browse without being constantly interrupted the staff in this store did not approach me or even when I tried to call someone over to discuss my interest in one bed was totally disinterested when they eventually came over I walked out in disgust. On attending Staples Corner Retail Park on a subsequent day I saw the Dreams store and against my first thought went in. The experience with Ian, the Store Manager could not have been more different. An excellent experience and Ian could not have been more helpful. He changed my perception of Dreams, which is a sad reflection that one store can give the whole organisation such a bad reputation. Dreams please clone Ian and send him to your Mollison Avenue store!
