I purchased a tempur sensation elite mattress and visited the Staples Corner store twice in the lead up to the purchase. Both times the staff on hand - Amira and Cameron - were helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses and bed options. Amira did the sleep match with us to build a short list and was very patient whilst we tried the different suggestions. Cameron was helpful in walking us through various bed storage options.

Bought a bed and a few mattresses recently for my new house and on each visit to Dreams I found the staff that helped to be extremely friendly,warm, helpful and patient.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and offered us seats and drink. She offered us options and took us through the options with great knowledge

We visited the staples corner store and were greeted by Elizabeth, she was amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful. Elizabeth went through each product that was matched to us on the sleep match device and did not put any pressure on us to buy a product. We recently visited another store and felt under pressure to buy something, which made us feel uncomfortable so we left. The experience with Elizabeth in Dreams was relaxed and easy.

Cam was very helpful showed us around gave us pillows to help us choose a suitable mattress, offered tea or coffee. overall wonderful customer service.

Abdul was helpful and knowledgeable. We were surprised how quick and easy the process was. He even got us to try the mattress a second and third time to make sure we were happy with one we had chosen. Very good customer service, thank you Abdul.

My wife and I visited Dreams store in Staple Corner Retails Park. We were met by the store manager Cameron - this guy was brilliant! Help us choose the right sofa and gave an extremely convenient delivery date. We would not think twice before visiting Dreams again if required! Thank you Dreams. Thank you Cameron!
