Friendly staff, plenty of choice on display. Nothing to much trouble, we were offered a drink, immaculately clean store, well presented. Covid measures taken into account at all times.

Ashley who served us was excellent!! Explained and showed us how to use the PPE Equipment in the store. Guided us through the bed test that determined what mattress would suit us. He then showed us various mattresses that were compatible and we ended up not only buying the mattress but also the base which we upgraded to 4 draws a new headboard and a mattress topper.

Always dubious walking into a store and having salesmen following you around waiting for a sale... How wrong could I be, from walking into the store, social distance measure in place and staff cleaning items you had touched, I was after a sale bed that I had seen on-line and the salesman was very good in helping us and leaving us alone and not bothering us to make our mind up. As to delivery dates well it wasn't that bad having to wait three weeks From keeping me informed by e-mail and on the day texts from delivery men.
