From the minute we walked in, a gentleman called Andrew came over explained the sanitising station and social distancing measures which made us feel straight away at ease (my mum is high risk) he made us a coffee and my daughter a hot chocolate while I lay down and did a sleep match. Andrew explained everything to us about the results and offered me to try different mattresses, I found the colour codes on the beds very useful and easy to make my way round, I found the one I liked and Andrew sorted everything out for us explaining about delivery times, etc What I really liked about this shop was there was no pressure at all, everything was explained and then we was left to look round and any questions or queries we had Andrew was there to ask

We met a friendly assistant who after we explained what we wanted, took us to the appropriate part of the store and we were shown various tempur mattresses. The different types were explained to us and we tried out various mattresses before making our final choice. We were not under any pressure from the salesman and the final choice was ours. Our experience was exceptional and we had professional advice.
