We were in need of some good advice on a new mattress, Kevin was extremely helpful, we were physically analised on a computerised bed and then we personally tested the mattresses chose for us ,we were more than happy with the choices ,and we were well informed from start to our purchase .

Ashley was extremely helpful. He understood our needs and could direct us to the perfect products for us. Social distancing was adhered to and we felt very safe in the store.

ashley was was brilliant...patient...informative..easy going...caring..happy to help in every way...tbh before going to dreams we has a mattress 95% lined up to buy from bensons...however we felt much better dealing with ashley...with his genuine helpful approach...never done the hard sell...he just guilded us patiently to choose a really comfy mattress...cant wait to get it next week...thanks ash

From the minute we walked in, a gentleman called Andrew came over explained the sanitising station and social distancing measures which made us feel straight away at ease (my mum is high risk) he made us a coffee and my daughter a hot chocolate while I lay down and did a sleep match. Andrew explained everything to us about the results and offered me to try different mattresses, I found the colour codes on the beds very useful and easy to make my way round, I found the one I liked and Andrew sorted everything out for us explaining about delivery times, etc What I really liked about this shop was there was no pressure at all, everything was explained and then we was left to look round and any questions or queries we had Andrew was there to ask
