Dreams - St Helens

We were really impressed with dreams from the moment we walked into the store we were greeted politely whilst adhering to social distance. Andrew who dealt with us was polite, knowledgeable & extremely helpful whilst not being pushy allowing us time to think & we were given a lovely cup of coffee which was a nice touch maybe a cookie next time ha ha.

We were attended to by Andrew, who was extremely helpful, we tested the bed first, and then we tried the mattresses out for the one which suited us most, given time to lie and relax for a while, no rush, Andrew gave us all the information about each mattress, what they were made of and all the different bed bases, and colours we could choose...when we had decided, we were then offered a really nice cup of coffee, and proceeded to order our bed..we were given all the information about delivery etc, cost and delivery dates....it was all really helpful, and Andrew was a very pleasant young man...

The salesperson (Ashley) was excellent he had a good understanding of all the products in store, wasn’t pushy and was very good with the cleaning regime when passing things over for signing Etc
