Ashley was a dream at dreams - he was kind and patient and engaging and very informative I didn’t feel like he pushed anything onto me, but he informed me about all the extras I could add and helped me by giving me information about each product I got. Gareth was super informative and patient too and let us try the beds and pointed us in the right direction for a mattress The guys at dreams St. Helens we’re happy, and easy to talk to and really great and I cant recommend them highly enough

The customer service was second to none, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the store was kept clean to the highest standard. We were offered to take tea/ coffee, and we all laugh through the process of making our purchase which really makes it more fun. Note: the order was placed directly from the store and not over the phone as the last question stated. Thanks.
