Kevin the shop assistant was very helpful he kept asking if me and my partner if we wanted some water are hot drink and he was very helpful in showing us different mattresses and beds he was very nice person by helping us

The whole experience was made easy as I visited the store on my own to buy a new bed and mattress for myself. We did the diagnostic testing first then I tried several mattresses to find one that was the best fit. Each time as we moved around the store cleanliness measures were put into place with paper on the mattress and spraying. Hand sanitiser was available on entry to the store. Personal service, 1-1, was offered a drink from the outset. Very friendly, approachable salesperson who made the experience easy. We came to the best solution for me in terms of payment options and delivery date. Several additional features were also great for me including taking the old bed away and assembly of the new bed. Overall highly satisfied with the whole experience. Very easy. I would definitely use Dreams in the future.
