Dreams - St Helens

1. The sleep analyser indicated that we needed a firm mattress whereas we would have incorrectly guessed medium. 2. Ashley showed the range of mattresses. He was very helpful.

The young lady who served us was very knowledgable and very helpful, we were offered a coffee whilst completing the paperwork - overall very impressed

The good service from the moment I walk though the door. The computer bed that tells you what type of mattress you need, and it was right for me. It gave me a selection of four tyres to choose from. I pick the most fitted my needs, and was also happy with the price.

Jess was incredibly friendly and welcoming and listened to our wants and needs rather than jumping straight in with a sales pitch which could have been irrelevant to us as customers. She showed us the bed app thingy and from there selected a few mattresses with our requirements and budget. All of the information provided was detailed and explained to us in "normal" terms, ie: I dont understand mattresses or know much, but her knowledge and ability to lay the information out simply was incredible. The mattress we really liked was out of our budget however Jess gave us some time alone to discuss which I appreciated as I didnt then feel pressured into agreeing in haste, which then actually made me want to make a purchase in that store with that colleague. Overall Jess made the experience a great one and I would recommend dreams and the team in St. Helens to anyone.

The dreams staff member who helped assist me was very friendly and made sure i fully understood the product aswell as reccomend to the best of my explanation different products. The dreams store was lovely and clean, the atmosphere was wonderful.

Staff were very informative, polite and gave us time alone to discuss our intentions didn't push us into anything felt very comfortable.

The sales assistant was very helpful without being pushy. Jessica was very knowledgable and made the experience very easy.

We shopped in St Helen’s and we had a short amount of time to spend in the shop. We were greeted by Andrew who pointed us in the direction of bed frames we we’re looking for them allowed us time to choose in private. He then talked us through the pricing and delivery and offered to help us again as we plan to visit again to buy mattresses when we face more time.

Friendly sales person approached us as soon as we entered the store. Very informative. Andrew dealt with our order and was friendly and efficient. Very satisfied with the service.
