We were greeted by Andrew in the St Helens store. He was very knowledgeable and polite, provided PPE for where we wished to try certain mattress’. Also gave us the dream beds mattress computer experience which helped us choose an appropriate mattress. Was very professional with the sale.

Brilliant customer service. Explained everything to us. Helped us with what suited us the best on a mattress that analysed how we sleep.

Staff extremely knowledgeable. I’ve already purchased 2 mattresses from a different store which are totally inadequate so I was desperate to speak with an “expert” Can’t wait time receive my new mattress as we are both in a lot of pain from the one we are currently sleeping on (6 days old)!!!
