Dreams - St Helens

All 3 members of staff I encountered on my visit were superb. They were helpful, attaintive and helped me through the purchase process. To say they looked after me in store is an understatement. From giving me all the options to choose from and features of each product they were highly knowledgeable and understanding of my circumstances and eventually sold me a product which ticked all the boxes. It met my needs as a consumer and was within my budget. Superb work those staff at Dreams in St Helens!

I visited the St Helens store and spoke to Kevin. He was friendly, helpful, I explained our current situation and the difficulties we had. He understood and helped me make a choice that was very suitable. I again returned a couple of hours later with my husband. We were unable to continue with the purchase that day but rang Kevin two days later, he did remember me, which was nice. He took our order over the phone and we will be taking receipt of our new mattress next week. I am very happy with our experience at the store and especially with the way Kevin dealt with our queries and order. Would recommend to our friends.

The staff where so helpful and very good at there job took time to go threw all your needs and very experienced to make sure you get the right bed for your health and back problems very happy with dreams would go back again and highly recommended to others 👌🏼

Would like to make a special mention to Kevin who looked after us in store. We did the mattress test upon entering the store and then Kevin showed us plenty of example mattresses that would suit my wife and i best. Kevin offered us drinks and was extremely knowledgeable about the products. We decided on bed and mattress and also purchases additional pillows (not the original plan) because of the great service we had received instore. A credit to his store.

Cheerful welcome from Richard, he gave clear explanations and did not feel pressured to buy or make a quick decision. He did not stay with us all of the time but gave my husband and I the space and privacy to discuss and compare the products. We left the store happy with our choice even if a little disappointed that the mattress had to be put on order and no definite date for when it will be in stock but we paid for it to be ordered anyway.

Excellent customer service. Ashley was helpful but not over-bearing and gave us time to think about my purchase. He was also really patient and answered a lot of questions. You could see that he stood over 1m apart at all times and was consciously socially distancing, which many stores don't do
