Andrew the sales rep was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we needed and also listened to what we wanted. He was able to explain the offers in store and the lead times, as well as the delivery process. Overall we are extremely happy and Andrew did a fantastic job.

Andrew from the St Helens store was absolutely fantastic so polite but left us to make our decision and didn't hound us like most sales people do. He recognised us on our second visit back to buy our bed and he was efficient and so friendly. Never had a bad visit to dreams, he is a credit to the store.
