Dreams staff where extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They offered us a coffee and gave us the space to browse the store. They protected us by cleaning all equipment and we felt safe and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family. Richard was a lovely shop assistant

When we entered the Dreams store in St Helens we were warmly greeted by a friendly store assistant who asked us what products we were looking for. As we were looking for a bed and a mattress he guided us to the sleep analyser which was amazing! This analysed our needs for the perfect mattress! He showed us a range of suitable mattresses at a variety of prices which we could try and experience for ourselves. We found the whole experience very calm and without any sales pressure. We were also offered coffees which were lovely! The store maintained very high levels of social distancing during these COVID times which made us feel safe and protected. We are extremely happy with our purchases and the high level of support we received from the knowledgeable assistant.

Everything was spot on from the minute we walked into the store,the sale assistant was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us,he let us test out the mattress that reads your body and then suggested which mattress would be best for the way we sleep
