Amazing friendly staff, hence second trip to order from this store

the dreams member of staff was professional and polite, helped with my choice of product was very knowledgeable about the products.

We were made to feel very welcome when we walked into the St Helens store; a cheerful greeting and an offer of a bottle of water or a cup of coffee. We were shopping for a mattress for my daughter; my daughter is a little shy a but Suzanne was very reassuring. The whole process was friendly and efficient.

Knowledgeable staff, an electronic assessment to support choosing correct bed. PPE provided to try out beds , a range of prices with the type of mattress recommended. We were not rushed, once we had a range of choices we were given time to decide. Staff member very helpful.
