He went out his way to explain everything to me and my husband and he made me a priority and was not pushy like some sales staff are. My needs and health came first for him and because of the long weight time he suggest a solution and helped us in gaining comfort and support in the mean time waiting for our new mattress. Other staff where helpful with coffee and drinks and hand sanitizer. Amazing shop with top sales team. Ashley went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel safe, welcome and his knowledge of all products and sleep was outstanding. He is a huge credit to your company.

I made enquiries on the laptop and it was only by accident out for a walk I came across Dreams store St Helens. I was very impressed with the store how clean and organized it was. I have worked in retail all my life so I know what to look for. I was impressed after placing my order how quickly it could be delivered. I placed my order on the Wed 2nd Dec only to be delivered on the following Tues 8th Dec. I did enquire with another company but they could only deliver in Feb 2021. The staff was only to willing to help me with my order and they were very helpful to me. The standards of the store where very good and the laws of Covid 19 were kept to the letter. For me a good shopping experiance.

I came into store after trying to order online had a problem in the creation website could mint sign the esign for the finance so came into store to see if it could be sorted they sorted it out in no problem at all and even had a delivery date before the one on the website so I got my bed frame and mattress before the one on the website and they was very knowledgeable about the products even down to something as simple as the pillows and couldn’t help enough offered a hot drinks on arrival the lads the lads at the St. Helens store are a credit to the company very professional and polite
