Dreams - St Helens

I came into the store and was greeted by a friendly chap straight away - no pressure. I advised what I was looking for and given options and advice. Time Also given for me to test out the bed without being watched

Partner visited to store and was really happy with service so we returned the next day to make a purchase. Store assistant had advised to do so and then we could use the mattress match machine to determine which would be best suited for both of us. Upon arriving, we found that a sale had just started so we got the bed we had wanted with 20% off, so decided to splurge on a mattress aswell. We were not planning to purchase a mattress at this time but did so due to the sale, and ended up with a high end mattress at a reduced price, so spent more than intended to. Just really looking forward to our house completion so we can finally get the new bed and mattress delivered in our first home. Super happy with our experience in store and recommended to family too, who are currently looking to purchase a new bed.

This is the 3,rd time I have purchased a bed and mattress from Dreams and wouldn't "dream" of going anywhere else.... competitive prices value for money amazing products

The sales man was very friendly and informative, nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to listen to our needs and explained and answered all our questions, we were very impressed.

Didn't jump on us as soon as we went in. He gave us space and time to look around as we were just looking for our daughter a bed. We also wanted to look at a new base for ourselves we ended up getting a new mattress too! . He didn't push us into anything but was there will advice and happy to help.

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff who were on hand should you want them but didn't mither you whilst you were browsing. Did ask however if they could be of any assistance shortly after we e entered the store.

The assistant understood my requirements and gave me a number of options to choose from. Very knowledgeable about the products and explained the reasons why he recommended certain ones.

i was helped to find the right mattress for me after i explained my back problems, and the sleep bed was a nice experience that helped. i was treated with knowledge of all the mattresses i tried and overall the experience was an enjoyable one.
