Andrew was friendly and approachable, explained every step of the “sleep measurement “ bed and its results. After which he talked us through the differing mattresses and various alternatives. Whilst all the time allowing us our own time to assess each mattress.

From entering they store the staff were very friendly and dealt with all our needs We were welcomed and offer a drink and seats as required nothing was to much trouble from the staff

Richard was very informative and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Richard showed us the relevant mattresses that he recommended to meet our specifications, and it enabled us to feel confident that my partner and I had made the right decision upon leaving the store. All in all, our visit was made very easy and I would recommend the St Helens store to my family and friends in the future.
