Toni was very helpful, she didn't pressure me in the slightest, just told me the facts, wanted the best for me and spoke with confidence and hospitality.

From entering the store we were greeted almost straight away, offered a drink and asked how we could be helped. Kevin was professional, patient, very helpful in helping me choose the right mattress and bed. Ordering was easy. Only wish I could have been given an earlier delivery than February. I have purchased from dreams before and intend to get my own bed from there in the near future. I was buying a bed this time for my son.

The store colleague Kevin, was most helpful and friendly He had a good knowledge of your products. He got us to use the sleep match, which identified the best mattress for us,then showed us a choice of 3 from the results. At no time did we feel rushed or under pressure. He informed us that delivery might take up to 8 weeks.

The shop assistant was extremely helpful and the couch was easy to find in the store also the shop was clean and keeping to the COVID safety rules

When we entered the store, Andrew greeted us and was extremely polite, he offered his assistance and guidance, then left us to look around the store, we then approached him to ask about a particular product, we have to say he was extremely knowledgable and nothing was to much trouble, his attention to detail regarding social distancing was perfect, during the demos Andrew was kind enough to offer us refreshments, he completed our order without any hassle for us he was 100% perfect, we wouldn’t hesitate going back to see him again and recommending him and the store to our family and friends, we have to say Andrew is a true asset to your company.
