Didnt feel pushed into buying and the salesman was very helpful

From entering the shop Richard approached us and was very friendly and helpful all the time we was in store. Richards knowledge was very good and was very helpful, we was only browsing but because the service was so good we made a purchase.

I had seen what I wanted previously and was able to negotiate on price. Service was attentive and professional.

Served by Richard who was very friendly, patient and helpful throughout. Good use and explanation of the system to see which bed would be best for us.

Felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door was greeted in a well courteous and professional manner and they listened and understood our needs and made us feel valued, staff offered hot drinks which we kindly excepted and they guided us to the mattress machine to see what mattress we needed. didn't feel rushed or pressed to buy. Didn't seem like they where just trying to get me to buy the most expensive product and let us try various mattresses to see which suited us the best.

The assistant Andy was really helpful with what we needed.

We purchased our last bed and mattress from Dreams and were very happy with the goods.. We were met at door and Andrew offered his assistance when we needed it.. We already knew what type of mattress we required. Andrew showed us to a special bed which checked our needs to help us to buy the correct mattress. Also we were offered a warm drink which was thoughtful. Looking forward to delivery of our new mattress and a good nights sleep

Clean shop laid out nice staff on the ball, helpwise was offered coffee or tea , Toni who dealt with my order was very helpful l quick nice to talk to, a pleasure throughout,explains everything well,. 11, out of 10

Customer service from staff was exceptional. Friendly and informative welcome but not felt pressured with sale pitches and given time to look around in own time but with staff their when needed for advice. All staff very helpful and informative and exceptional covid measures upheld. Order process was simple and quick with friendly staff.
