The staff where very very good I am disabled and they were very helpful and even gave me a cup of tea I was highly satisfied with the quality of the staff and your goods my daughter goheer bed from there last year and she told me and she took me today and she was highly satisfied with what she got thank you

We was looked after by a guy called Richard. He made the process simple and looked after us tremendously. He even paid attention to our two children which made our lives easier. His knowledge and customer care was a huge factor in us purchasing a bed with you. A big thanks to him again

Excellent, 3 different people told me about Dreams , so we had to see what all the fuss was about .PPE on entrance, great clear signs on the floor . On entering , one of your team members introduced himself (Kevin) and explained the covid rules and the layout of the shore. We asked for his advice and his product knowledge was excellent. Where was no time limit, no rushed sales pitch. It was one to one sales and myself and my wife were made to feel relaxed . I was offered drinks by different members of staff . In all honesty, I could not fault anybody or anything about this store. I work in the leisure industry, and have done so for the last 30 years, so I know how difficult it can be, working with the general public. You have an amazing team , Thanks once again Kevin for all your help and support, means alot . I will telling everyone about how professional this store operates.

Used the store in the past, reviewed online to get a short list, visited store to finalise purchase to receive more information. All staff very friendly and offerred refreshment, nice touch. PPE in place totally as expected. gave valued options to choices to ensure correct product selected. Good value for moeny and offers in place.

My wife and I went to the St Helens branch of Dreams with a rough idea of what we were looking for. Upon arrival we had a little look at the mattresses on the shop floor and was approached by Kevin who advised us to use the sleep machine(a mattress that scans your sleep posture). He prepared the apparatus and applied PPE. Once the analysis was complete he showed us several mattresses that would be suitable for our needs. We chose our desired mattress and proceeded to choose a luxury divan and headboard. The customer service was second to none and we left feeling that we had made the right choice of mattress and bed. I would highly recommend this store and the staff, they're an asset to you.
