Andy who looked after me was fantastic and a real credit to the company. The other colleagues were helpful. The store was clean and all products well displayed. I enjoyed the customer journey.

We were assisted by Ashley at the St Helens branch, he was attentive but not over bearing, very knowledgeable and patient, he was fantastic. The store was COVID compliant and strictly adhered to at all times, the store was clean and orderly. The choice offered to us was extensive and met our demands and expectations, I would highly recommend to others.

Kevin was friendly and helpful, put me on the sleep machine to determine which mattress was suitable. He offered me a drink and everything felt covid safe and welcoming. 100% would recommend this dreams to anyone needing a bed.

From entering the store felt very safe. The staff where helpful without being over present. We found what we wanted with their help and made our purchase in an easy and relaxed way. We are really happy with everything and will be returning whenever necessary.
