Dreams - St Helens

I was greeted on arrival - he asked what I was looking for and then showed me to the range and explained all the products then left me to browse telling me to shout if I needed anything. When I shouted he trotted right up and answered my queries and let me try out what I needed showing me all the features of my choice

Bought 2 single beds, good value for money, delivery is to a different part of the country. No problem.

All the staff were really friendly (Ashley) who assisted us was very knowledgable. We had three kids with us, another member of staff offered them sweets and made sure they were entertained while we ordered our bed.

The staff where excellent and friendly. We told them what we want and the and everything was in stock.

We had specific needs and all were met promptly and helpfully by the assistant (Adam I think)

Dreams rep Ashley allowed us to have a look around before suggesting we used the technology to assess the mattress etc. he then pointed us in the direction of the suggested mattresses for us to have a look at. There was importantly no pressure put on us throughout the whole experience which we really appreciated. Then we asked for further details he was able to give us the information we needed and a price. Because of the positive experience we had had, we returned to the showroom to purchase the bed towards the end of the day.

Employee was very keen to help and find the right mattress and show us the right type of mattress we were looking for and also helped us get necessary extras such as pillows and a mattress cover. Also the time it took to find and purchase all the items we needed was much faster than I thought it would take thanks to the helpful employee

The gentleman who served us was very friendly and put us at ease immediately. The store was very light and welcoming.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, not pushy about selling.
