The item I wanted to buy was not on display but I was shown a similar item that I could relate to. Assistance was given to understand the measurements, delivery etc... I also enquired about mattresses and the information was given clearly enough for me to decide to purchase this. My son liked a duvet cover that was on a display bed, the person serving me helped to locate one of these too. The delivery details were straight forward as were the extra cover details however I did not take this option on. Good size store, plenty of staff on hand to help.

Because the way things are completely different to your online service, 1.I was not offered free delivery in store yet you can get it online 2.the amount of months you are allowed to take your finance over is less in store to what it is online.
