The shop wasn't as nice as other bed shops we looked in, didn't like the layout and didn't smell nice. There was no baby changing facility's. Wasn't happy with the delivery change. When asked if you take old beds there was an extra change of 40 pound..... But was fairly quick to place the order ( which was good because the baby wasn't happy without a change) and the bed is coming earlier than expected. Just hope the bed meet are expectations and we get a full night sleep. 😊

Only one member of staff in store. Also paid extra for delivery and if I had ordered online it would have been free. I paid over £80 more for delivery and to have bed built.

WE TOLD RICHARD THE SALESMAN SEVERAL TIMES OUR ADDRESS BUT HE PUT WRONG ADDRESS RESULTING IN DELIVERY DRIVER GOING TO WRONG ADDRESS.ALSO FINANCE PAPERS NOW HAVE WRONG DETAILS TOO.SORRY!

We were satisfied with our experience, the assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous but not pushy which was good. Buying a bed doesn't come under a "highly satisfied" event.

When we went to pay the deposit the next day, it was discovered that we were given wrong information on the quote, and the advice given to us was not meeting our needs. The assistant on the second day was most helpful
