Staff were really helpful & had good knowledge but when i asked what sort of deals were on offer there was limited offers an not much ratings on them

It was more down to the high price of everything. We paid £499 for our new mattress, on sale, and that I think was still too expensive. Everything else was fantastic.

I consider buying bedding products a necessity and as such treated this purchase as routine. I wanted a similar mattress to the one I already had and quickly found the one which suited me. On this basis I was satisfied with my purchase and the service provided by your colleagues.

Shame that, having spent almost £400, I then had to pay more for delivery of the mattress. They're aren't many other things costing this much that wouldn't be delivered for free these days.

Had been in a few times before, changed our mind on the mattress we wanted. Asked opinion and none was really given n

Great customer service. Very knowledgable in the product's. Very friendly.

I found the price range to be very expensive for pensioners but the quality of product was high

I was highly satisfied with my experience. I must have pressed the wrong button.

One assistant very attentive, the other not so much. Another couple took attentive assistant so we had to wait around a bit.
