I am not highly satisfied because although there isnt a charge for delivery, there is a charge for assembly of each bed and this is not clearly stated in the marketing material, up front, it relies on the assistant to communicate this.

To be highly satisfied I would have to be 100% satisfied and I never give 100%, the score I gave was the highest possible score I would ever give. Every part of my visit to Dreams was excellent, I just never award 100%. The staff, the store and the products were all absolutely brilluant, thank you.

We purchased 2 complete beds as we were coming to the end of our transaction when the couple at the side of us asked for a better price to which their salesman passed them a note like a covert operation and said how about this, then went on to give them free removal of their old bed etc etc. I said should we be asking for a better price to which our sales person went very red and mumbled that we were already getting 20% of our mattresses so it wasn't possible. As we had already invested a good hour and gone through the checks for interest free credit I let it go, but thinking about it later I feel well and truly made a complete fool of as all matrasses get 20% discount when you buy the frame, I wish now that we had just cut our losses walked out and made our purchase elsewhere.

I think there is always room for improvement and I never would put highly satisfied as i believe in continuous customer care and having an objective to work too. Meaning if people put highly satisfied standards can be relaxed and this is when the customer service becomes a concern .
