The gentleman who served me was very patient and helpful, as I am disabled he listen to my special needs and gave me all the advice I needed.

The sales person was amazing he took the time to get to know my needs and explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I made the right choice for me He was very professional and a credit to your company

My wife and I went to look at a double deb for a spare room. We did intend to shop around but after speaking to the sale man he soon found us the bed that we wanted , he was very polite not pushy in any way we gave use a coffee while doing the paper work. From entering the store to leaving the whole thing took 30 minutes. All COVID safe. Well done.

The gentleman Ashley at the shop in St Helens was brilliant and was especially sensitive to me being blind and was very helpful

Lovely staff dealt with safely and efficiently

As soon as I walked in I was met with a nice polite guy. He was helpful and understanding of what I needed. Offered me a drink of coffee, I don't drink coffee though. So he made me a cup of tea. Then let me use you're magic bed that was boss then we both knew what the bed the magic machine would pick. An we sat down talked about it. Came to the same answer. I love customer care as much as I like buying a product. I used to work as a chef so customers always come first there. He was great to be honest. Bit of banter which I like. Bottle of water as we were doing the paper work. So I think he was boss to be honest. I usually always think these surveys are not genuine , I just know mine is genuine and honestly I felt relaxed no pressure to buy. It was a nice feeling I had in the shop from start too finish. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from both sales assistants. Very friendly, helpful and very good knowledge of needs of the buyer. Loved the sleep match machine.
