Its the most we have ever spent on a bed and the salesman verbally misquoted the sale price by about £100 - i feel he could of discounted the 2 expensive pillows we purchased at the same time.

The prices were a little higher than I'd expected and I was a bit embarrassed that I hadn't budgeted enough but that was probably down to me underestimating the current value of mattresses. I thought that the order process did take a bit longer than I'd expected but the assistants were just checking all details were correct. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing visit.

the only free appointment is an all day one, most companies now give at least am or pm to minimise inconvenience to customers and the need for them to take holidays from work to waste sitting in for a delivery. a lot of companies now offer 2 hour slots, Dreams really needs to improve.

We informed the store assistant of what our specific needs were and she informed us of the beds and mattresses available to us. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. We left the store to think about it. Returned half an hour later and bought the said bed and mattress. The three staff that were on in store were very nice, approachable and happy staff.
