Dreams - St Helens

Purely based on price however, I am optimistic that the mattress will be worth the price paid.

1. Price of the divan ottoman was more expensive than at bensons therefore I had to order that from them. 2. This resulted in receiving that 3 weeks earlier than dreams were able to deliver their mattress. 3. I think although I’m happy with the price & quality of the mattress I have ordered, to wait 6 weeks for it is a long time.

Just the delivery slot. cant say am or pm. Saturday delivery is £10 extra, why?

The lady that served us was absolutely lovely very helpful and polite, but a man that also works there was very rude. My autistic son was running around the store and he happened to jump on 1 of the beds. My son is only 4 and the man said to keep him under control as it's not a bouncy castle. We felt he was very rude. As shopping with my son is very stressful most of the time.

Sometimes the assistant won’t leave you to have a wonder round on your own and give you time to make a decision. Felt a bit rushed

We found the experiences very good and the staff where very friendly and knowledgeable, but we found the price extremely high

Difficult to be so precise due to limited, but sufficient time spent with the sales person.

We could always go a little bit further!
