Very good experience in store, shame didn’t have all options in store

It would have been nice to get something offered as a gesture as we bought a bed and a mattress in your Store and was asked if we wanted pillows which I said would you not be giving them to us if we purchase a bed and mattress today which I was told sorry, afraid not. Would have been such a lovely thing to do and would have got you your highly satisfied result.
