The store was having new lights fitted. So slightly uncomfortable with large machines in stores

Staff knew their jobs, were polite, helpful, not pushy and understanding. They listened to my wife and I about our concerns and requests.

The only reason we wasnt highly satisfied was because Kevin was doing his job as a salesman. He offered all the extras politely and kept going back to them after we said no. Again, not a bad thing from your point of view.
