Couldn’t really fault the experience, just the prices were a little more than I was expecting.

The store was having new lights fitted. So slightly uncomfortable with large machines in stores

Staff knew their jobs, were polite, helpful, not pushy and understanding. They listened to my wife and I about our concerns and requests.

The only reason we wasnt highly satisfied was because Kevin was doing his job as a salesman. He offered all the extras politely and kept going back to them after we said no. Again, not a bad thing from your point of view.

Mattress I wanted had been discontinued.

Basically went to replace a mattress the sales assistant Andrew helped to choose what we needed .We arehappy with our choice ,not sure what you would need to do to give you a highly satisfied comment

Think they need to have shields for the pillows when trying out the beds

I was highly satisfied with customer service

I was satisfied but £99 for a pillow after purchasing a mattress from the store last year was high and the only discount I got was £4

My bank account suffered
