Was no hassle sale with very good staff, will visit again in the future,Was a pleasant experience.

The moment we entered the store we received a very warm welcome from Laura who stayed with us and dealt with our every enquiry with the utmost professionalism.

From the moment I walked in with my mum we was made welcome and that our custom was very valued. The manager of the store Rich was fantastic and listened to all my mum's needs, as she is a pensioner he went out of his way to make her feel that what she wanted it would not have been a problem. The friendliness in all the staff showed that the team worked well with each other and this store should be praised for its high standard. Would definitely recommend this particular store to family and friends.

Friendly staff who were attentive and offered advice, didn't feel like it was "hard selling" unlike bensons for beds!!! Who's delivery men are thieves!!!!! Will never use that company again. Which is why I came to dreams, my mattress not been delivered yet but hope it will be what I'm looking for as I've spend over £700 and will be looking to buy more in the future if I am happy with the service from dreams

We where happy with the displays and ease of finding what we wanted. The staff where really helpful and answered any question we asked, they helped us to buy our bed.

I went in the store knowing that the bed in question wasn't on display, however I'd seen a similar version in a catalogue in the store. The assistant listened to my request & offered to see if the store could source the bed I was after. This was done very quickly - the assistant was extremely willing to help meet my needs. I had already purchased a matress a few months earlier from the same store & I wanted to get the same matress again for my current bed purchase but couldn't remember the make. The assistant was happy to go back through records to provide this information for me. A very helpful & friendly team in this store.
