Dreams - St Helens

We were looking for bedroom furniture for my 8 year old daughter Laura was very enthusiastic with the choices my daughter made and gave her confidence that is was the right choice for her. She was very knowledgable about the product and very keen to get us the best possible deal as we needed a number of items. We took a day to think about out choices and when it was time to return to order my daughter commented "I want the lady we saw last time to order informed as she was really kind and nice" so when we returned Laura was there and my daughter was very happy. Laura was very attentive to me and the children and the order process was well explained and all went through without a problem.

The information when I got into dreams was good the staff was helpful.

The assistant was friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the products and all staff were friendly and provided refreshments. The store was easy to negotiate and all items were clearly labeled with information. We did not feel pressurized into purchasing and this was an enjoyable experience.

The member of staff (Ashley) who sold us the matresses was very helpful and gave us a lot of information to help inform our decision but he was not at all pushy which is one thing I do not like - he allowed us to make a choice in our time but was there to give help when needed.

This visit was to choose a bed for my 2 year old daughter staff at the store made the visit exciting for my little girl while myself and my husband could sort out buying an appropriate bed for her

We spent two hours in store and the sales staff, Ashley and Richard spent a long time giving advice on beds, mattresses and other items. We made a decision to purchase from Dreams after considering products from several other competitors and based on value for money, quality and professionalism of the sales staff. Thanks for your help.

We were asked if we would like assistance and then left alone to browse calling over the person when we had questions, but most importantly we were left to browse and not followed or hassled. When we asked questions the sales person Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
