Dreams - St Helens

The assistant was extremely helpful. Provided a cup of tea. He also invited my friend (male) to get in bed with me !!!!!!!!!. The bed was comfortable too !!!!!! We had a very pleasant time in the store. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Rich went through a variety of mattresses and duvets until I was happy with the ones I had picked.

Upon arrival, we were greeted extremely friendly by the Dreams team. They then proceeded to meet our high expectations by clearly listening to our ideal bed and showing us products that met our demands perfectly. The prices were even lower than we were looking for and were extremely lower than other comparison bed stores.

Laura the assistant could not have been more helpful. Plenty of advice and knew exactly what she was talking about. I was given all the information I needed and given enough time to think over things and make a decision myself without pressure tactics.

The store was well stocked with a good variety and price range of stock , and well presented. The sales assistants instore could not have been more helpful, and knowlegeable about the products, and I didn't feel pressurised to buy. On leaving the store I felt happy and satisfied with what I had bought. * Also been able to buy furniture that is made in Britain.

Friendly and efficient offering coffee or tea a warming touch.

I have shopped at Dreams before and I was hoping to find the same quality of items and staff expertise again. Not only did Dreams match the previous shopping experience, you actually exceeded my expectations! Your staff spent a lot of their time with me, they came across as genuine and I felt I could trust them. I thanked them for their patience and professional manner. Well done Dreams!!
