the price was excellent and the service was spot on Keving the sales guy was very professional. I also dropped on where i got a matress at half price and a matress topper that should have been £150 for £50. amazing

We entered the shop not knowing what we wanted but the staff had so much knowledge that it really helped us to pick what kind of bed and what kind of mattress we needed. Also a very friendly atmosphere as soon as you walked in store. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff

Laura took her time to understand our needs and what type of bed we were looking for which helped narrow our search down to find the product we wanted. Also was provided with an excellent cup of tea

We were greeted by friendly staff member Kevin, who assisted us with all the information we needed and more, we didn't feel any pressure to purchase and had a lovely experience. After visiting several stores in town Dreams is the one I would recommend, just a shame I won't need a new bed for such a long time........... I went to Dreams with an older friend to look at beds, mattresses and headboards. He had decided just a day earlier to purchase a new bed and wanted my advice and help to choose. He actually purchased these items - except the headboard (this will be done at a later date)but also a mattress, two Tempur pillows and a Tempur mattress cover. The assistant was superb, helpful, informative, courteous and has exceptional product knowledge. I came out with a Tempur pillow and duvet as I was impressed with the products. I have used a memory foam mattress and found it too hot. I too would now consider a Tempur mattress as a result of the sales man's advice.
