Dreams - St Helens

Kevin at the St. Helens store was knowledgable, efficient and friendly. He took time to understand our specific needs and tailored our search to them. He managed to sell us pillows as well as the mattress and bed. Great service all round.

Ashley (Deputy Manager) was brilliant in all aspects of our experience in the shop. He was very knowledgeable of all products, was friendly and courteous. He listened to our requirements and helped us to chose an appropriate product suitable for our needs. We have already made recommendations to friends, who have subsequently made purchases in the store and they too found Ashley to be very positive and understanding regarding their needs.

Assistant was very helpful, polite and engaging. Was prepared to price match and gave me free delivery in line with the internet offer.

Staff were helpful and gave good advice. As we were not sure which product we wanted the staff listened to our requirements before suggesting products. He had good product knowledge and dealt swiftly and efficiently with the sale.
