Dreams - St Helens

On entering the St. Helens Retail Park store in Merseyside there was a welcoming atmosphere. I was allowed to view the huge selection of beds and mattresses at my own leisure. When I needed help Ashley was there to help me. I explained that I wanted a base of about 12 inches and a 6 inch mattress. He had such a good knowledge of the products in the store he pointed to 3 possible options for bed bases. He gave me plenty of time to make up my mind which one I preferred. The same procedure was followed for the mattress and I was allowed to lie on it to see if the medium mattress firmness was suitable. He went through the purchase slowly and carefully.

Kevin who looked after us knew his stuff and was very very helpfull without being pushy in anyway. The rest of the staff as well asked us if we wanted a drink and could not do enough for us. We always come back to dreams and this is one of the reasons.Other reasons we always come back are the variety of products along with the quality and competitive prices. Always recommend to friends and family. Wouldnt DREAM of going anywhere else.

Overall a very pleasant visit, allowed plenty of time to try without pressure to buy. Julie, the assistant, was very helpful.

The manager of this store greeted us as soon as me an my husband walked in an asked us what we was looking for so I explained I needed a electric bed as I suffer with 3 prolapse disk in my lower spine and have to go in to hospital for a 2nd operation and how I struggle to sleep at night he was very sympathetic an showed me all the options I had in these style of beds and he went threw each one with me an what he thought would be the best option for me and I agreed with him them he took me to the desk where a woman called Julie dealt with the sale and the manager even made us a cup of coffee an I walked away a very happy customer and I can't wait to get a good night's sleep in my new bed

The product we chose to buy as exactly what we were looking for and the price was better than we expected.

From stepping into the St. Helens branch Kevin was brilliant. He showed us everything we asked to see and gave us alternatives. Offered us a drink and was never pushy. Spent loads of time helping us make the right decision.

staff we're very friendly and welcoming offering us refreshments on numerous occasions. they made us feel very comfortable in the store, the range of beds on offer is excellent, the educational walk around the shop by the store manager Richard explaining the different mattresses available was very helpfull, Kevin who set up the finances was very helpfull and answered all our questions, I would defiantly recommend the store to family and friends. thank you for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Greeted in a friendly approachable manner but not pushy. The layout of the store was explained to make it easy for us to look around and decide.
