One again my visit to dreams was a great experience ......I buy all my bedding from dreams because of the generous size. I got a great bargain and although I did not spend a large amount the service was brilliant. I was even offered a drink!!!!! Thanks to the staff who made me feel very welcome.

The item we wanted was in store as we had looked online beforehand. We were greatly surprised that the bed was in the sale, so we were even more satisfied. The staff were friendly an helpful.

We needed some information regarding mattress styles and Julie provided all we needed to know. She also made drinks for the children and let them try the Tempur booth which kept them entertained whilst we were looking and discussing.

I called the store a number of times, enquiring about the bed I wanted,Laura from the St helens store was extremely helpful, when I went into the store I met Ashley, who was very understanding about why I needed the bed I did, as its for my disabled daughter, the purchase was very straight forward, and then I was shown some very nice head boards that was being discounted, so I purchased one of them too,Ashley and the store manager was very helpful and polite, made us feel relaxed and confident about the bed we was buying. I'm very very happy with the level of customer service we received, people are sometime to quick to complain, and never give praise when needed, I will be buying from dreams in the future. Friendly salesman

The lady assistant Julia was happy to take me all over the store to show me the different beds and headboards . When I go into a store I like to be quick in and out and that is just what I got thanks.

Your 2 members of staff where excellent, vey helpful, friendly and did every thing possible to show us your range of products. It was because of Laura and Ash we made the purchase, and Hopfully in the next few weeks we will return and purchase the bed and mattress we like. please thank them for helping and just being honest and nice.
