Dreams - St Helens

Colleagues Kevin and Laura were fantastic with us giving us lots of information on products we where interested in and explained about different options. We purchased a single bed with mattress also a king size mattress. It was a wonderful experience for us as a family nice and stress free no hassle what so ever, we where asked if we were interested in purchasing silent night pillows the price was great so we purchased some. What more could I say it was a joy able experience!!!! What excellent staff you have at St Helens Park Merseyside. Very happy customers just awaiting goods to be delivered.

The assistant Julie was knowledgeable and very helpful we were able to pick and purchase quickly and very satisfactory. I have know doubt I would return to the store again.

There was a wide selection of matresses in varying price ranges, and the staff answered all our questions and explained the differences between the products. There was no hard sell just information and an explanation of the offers.

Assistant was pleasant and welcoming, all questions were answered fully in an understandable manner and her knowledge of products and easy explanation made us feel at ease.

I was highly satisfied with the staff I explained what I needed they took myself and my wife around the store explaining all the different beds styles and prices with no fuss

Only went to look for ideas but Laura and Julie suggested outstanding savings and offers I hadn't considered. They made excellent suggestions which fully met my need to change from a double guest bed to twin beds resulting in my purchase of guest beds using an underbed store model. Their warm welcome and hospitality, they offered a tea or coffee during our visit, was exceptional. I was also offered advice in changing my own pillows for more comfortable Down Wrap pillows. Their knowledge and patience in explaining model finishes and colours, headboard options and mattress firmness etc was extremely helpful and I feel confident I have made good, informed choices. I have been a customer of Dreams for many years but since the loss of our Liverpool store, Edge Lane I have not visited a Dreams store, but now I have found St Helens I will definitely visit again and strongly recommend it to family and friends.
