Helpful and friendly staff. Once we made our mind up the sale was completed quickly and efficiently.

We were highly satisfied, with our experience, at this Dreams store because, 1. The store was clean and bright, and all the items for sale, were nicely presented, and the prices were clearly seen and explained, on each item. 2. The sales assistant was approachable, without being too overwhelming, and let us browse around in our own time. 3. We were pleased with the bed and pillows we bought. and the delivery arrangements we made. 4. We were offered a coffee, which we accepted, and thought this was a lovely gesture. 5. The atmosphere in the store, by both assistants present, was warm and friendly. I would recommend Dreams to my friends and family.

Both Manager and assistant very friendly and efficient. The store was very well set out, for easy viewing and very clean. We were given advice were needed and not hassled.

We were given time to look before we were approached by staff. Everything was explained to us as in colour coding of matresses to help us in what we were looking for. Staff were really helpful after listening to our needs, staff weren't pushy and gave us time to discuss as a couple. We were pleased with our experience.

We did research online before hand and were delighted that the bed frame we wanted was in store so we could see . Our knowledge of mattresses however was poor . Ashley was the advisor who took time out to explain everything to us clearly .. Even understanding the requirements for my wife who is pregnant . Excellent service .. Not selling the most expensive to us - actually taking time out to understand what we wanted and matching our needs .
