Dreams - St Helens

WE WERE LOOKING FOR BEDROOM FURNITURE, ASHLEY TOOK THE TIME TO FIND OUT WHAT WE WANTED THEN SHOWN US SEVERAL OPTIONS. WHEN WE FOUND THE ONE WE LIKED WE GOT A GREAT DEAL. WE HAD VISITED SEVERAL PLACES AND THE STAFF EITHER IGNORED US OR RECOMMENDED ITEMS THAT WERE TOTALLY WRONG. ASHLEY TOOK THE TIME TO TALK TO US WHICH IS A RARE THING TODAY. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

After looking for the product on line we found what we wanted on Dreams website, as the store is less than 10 miles from our home it was easy to pay a visit,we are glad that we did.The assistant could not have done more to help us.

Extremely pleasant and polite, very knowledgeable and was able to show me alternatives that had better features, which I grateful for.

I didn't go in to buy a frame bed but was really pleased with the product on offer and the sales girl was very helpful in telling us the size and information about the bed.

The staff were really kind, patience and helpful and they explained everything clearly, and gave good advice.

As I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and an offer of a drink, which I felt relaxed the atmosphere straight away. I was allowed to view the store without any immediate pouncing of a sales person. the sales person greeted me at just the right moment. He stayed with me showing me what was on offer when he knew what I wanted. I hope I helped to improve his fitness as I managed to keep him running up and down the stairs as I couldn't make up my mind for a while. sorry if this reads as a little seedy but it gave me a giggle.

I went in to purchase my first bed! The staff (mainly Julie) welcomed me as soon as I walked in the store with my Father who had doubts about me purchasing the bed. They were very friendly, patient and understanding.They sat and listened as me and my Dad bickered over whether I had made the right choice, as I had been in there a few times. I was offered the promotions. There was an offer with the signature where the paperwork had been 'defaced', I was alerted promptly and was able to rrsolve this quickly which meant the delivery could go ahead as originally planned! I left feeling confident I had made the right decision!

We set off to dreams with the aim of buying a bed for our new house. We received excellent service and got everything we needed. We were even advised of some offers and took them up as well! Excellent service all round.
