Ashley our salesperson was very helpful & knowledgeable regarding products & matching to our needs. He is an excellent salesperson picking up on our comments/concerns & offering suggestions to adress them.

A friend recommended it to me as they where very happy with your product so I poped in store to see for my self and am glad to say I agree with my friend . Ashley was very helpful too assisted me to choose the bed and show me how the ottoman works .

I had viewed several divan beds on your website and was needing some assistance with my final choice. On arriving in the store my wife we were met by Laura who was very helpful and understood the pros and cons of the various products explaining the difference between each. We were not put under any pressure to buy and this immediately puts you at ease. When we agreed on the product, Laura checked in the delivery date and was surprised when Saturday was offered considering it was around 5pm on the Wednesday when the order was placed. (3 days for delivery excellent) We arranged for the old bed to be recycled and this taken care of without any problem Thanks John Wylie

very courteous and friendly staff who listened carefully to my requirements and gave me excellent advice on the range of products available The lady member of staff showed me around the store and answered all our questions regarding delivery and installation they even made me and my wife a cup of tea whilst we were looking around the store which I thought was a nice touch We enjoyed our first visit to dreams and would certainly shop here again

the sale assistant was very good at explaining the difference in the types of products we were interested in regarding Tempur mattreses and memory foam toppers. no pressure at any time from him to buy any specific product, very pleasant throughout our visit to the store

We arrived at 5:45 knowing the (St Helens) store was due to close at 6 but just hoping to lie on the couple of mattresses we had whittled it down to, then purchase online as we were conscious of the little time. The shop assistant was attentive but not pushy (despite the time!) and did not make us feel like we needed to hurry up. Laura (afraid I do not know her surname) proceeded to assure us she had plenty of time and would process it for us, despite it being pretty much 6pm by this point. The process was very quick and delivery also arranged for a the following Saturday. Laura is a credit to your company.

highly satisfied , because i had in mind what i wanted but needed to know i was looking to buy the right bed and mattress. The man in store ( his name is Ashley) was extremely helpful and friendly , he answered all my questions and showed me a whole range of options which i was very pleased about . he did'nt hassle me at all but let me make my own mind up and i did ... so all in all , we came home very happy and can hardly wait for it to be delivered .
