Very happy with experience all staff were knowledgeable and friendly with out being pushy from what I could see it seemed a happy working environment. Would recommend it .Not our first purchase from this store

Kevin who helped us was brilliant. He was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to understand our needs. He ensured we were safe throughout our visit in regards to being covid secure and made sure we were comfortable throughout.

Kevin at St Helens store was extremely helpful and attentive. He advised us about everything we asked him. He wasn’t over bearing and allowed us to discuss the information he had given us. Excellent service. It was a pleasure to be served by Kevin.

We got exactly what we were looking for and even tried out the mattresses

Knowledgeable staff. But given space to make choice and discuss privately.

We arrived quite late as we had just finished work,Richard was very patient and helpful he also told us about the offers add ons etc. Looking forward to receiving our bed next Saturday

We were looked after by Andrew, all questions answered, excellent customer service, not pushy but couldn't do enough to help, polite and friendly.

The service we received from the gentleman was very professional , followed all guidelines for covid , made us feel comfortable , asked if we I.would like a drink , had great knowledge on the products, very good service .
