The assistant Laura was very knowledgeable about the products and guided us to what was suitable for us. They were friendly and hospitable and offered us a drink which was appreciated.

Advisor very helpful and knowlegable. Wasn't overpowering and constantly asked if we would like a drink, take our time etc,

Fun and friendly staff

The lady who was assiting us was brilliant. She didn't punce on us like so many other people do in salesrooms etc. We were offered a drink even though at the time we thought we were only going to be looking rather than placing an order. She was also very good with our son; as he is only 9 months old we kept him with us on the beds and he was finding anything he could on the beds and displays etc to play with and this didn't pose a problem at all. We were also left on our own to explore the different beds available. Her honesty was very refreshing; we enquired as to whether having a full divan was more supportive than having a slatted base as we already had this and were thinking of just getting the mattress for it. She was honest and said that it didnt really matter as long as there was something supporting the mattress. It was very refreshing not to have an unnecessary purchase forced on us. As it was we ended up ordering the divan anyway. Would definitely recocmend Dreams to a friend; we already actually have and our family is planning on looking around their local branch this weekend. We are very much looking forward to having our new bed delivered. Thank you!!!

I came in with an idea of what I was looking for, I was quickly assisted by Kevin who took the time to talk through available options mattresses etc. I took the quote away to discuss & went back to place the order the following day where Ash served me. Nothing was too much trouble, they even kept the kids entertained by showing them the types of mattress to keep them busy for 10 mins!
