The lady who took the order was friendly, happy, had a good sense of humour, knew the Dreams products very well, called back to clarify a point, really first class. The 2 delivery drivers (Pete and another chap (sorry!) )were very helpful and cheery.

as soon as i walked in i was asked by the sales person if they could help, when i informed them what i wanted she took me straight to it and gave the relevant information and processed my order. the delivery is within 2 days.

Went to the St. Helens store and spoke to Lisa who told me exactly what I needed to know about the bed ...she asked me specific questions did not try to oversell me something out of my price range ..which was my experience in other stores ...she processed my order quickly she was very friendly to myself and my baby .We returned at the weekend to order a mattress as the service was that good thank you

Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable, she gave us plenty of advice and time to make our decision. Along with her colleague they were very friendly and we were given a cup of tea. We were not rushed in anyway to make our choice, there were plenty of beds for us to choose from.

the store was clean and inviting, the displays were well set out and made selection easy, and the staff were patient accommodating and very helpful.

Ash the assistant who served me was extremely knowledgable and friendly even when I changed my mind 3 times he was extremely patient
