The staff were warm and welcoming. The purchases were for my 10 year old and they made a fuss of her. They explained the different options and were able to advise on her needs. Overall, an excellent service. Will definitely return when my son's bed needs replacing in the next few months.

Staff that were available in store were friendly and courteous and not over bearing. Explained the product in depth, and went on to say if we were not happy with the product, that we could upgrade.

The assistant was pleasant and helpful without being pushy.

Staff was more than willing to show me around the store.I had come in store to purchase a bed and said to my daughter all we need now is wardrobes and the staff took me to a wardrobe set that was is it the sale so i also purchased whilst in store as well.The two ladies at the till seemed really happy to work together and was very pleasent to deal with.

When arrived in your store we were looking round for a metal bedframe for my daughter, the assistant came over and said all bedframes were upstairs. After a short while she came to us asking if we needed help so we discussed bedframes she helped us to choose the right bedframe. The assistant was lovely and understanding we would recommend Dreams to my family and friends.

The assistant was very friendly offered me a drink and helped me load the mattress into my car. He explained all the promotions terms and conditions to me. He also explained about the mattress and let me test the mattress in store. He was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy and stress free.
