Good friendly service without being pushy in anyway

Very helpful staff, offering suggestions but also allowing me time to try the beds for myself and then helping me with selection of pillows.

We were going to buy a bed online but decided to look at Dreams. We went to dreams 2 weeks before we made a purchase. The main reason for going back was the lady Julia in the store at St Helens Retail park, she had great knowledge of the products and was very good at her job, not pushy, just really easy to deal with. We were buying a bed for my daughter in London and said we would probably come back. This we did and asked for her specifically. She managed our order and we are currently awaiting a delivery. Up to this point we are very impressed.

Assistant very helpful did not feel rushed took time to show different options.

Ash the store assistant was very helpful in every way. He even allowed me and my wife time to discuss the purchase. Which I found very comforting

We were given a lot of time and space to sample our product and check it thoroughly. Ashley from St Helens Retail Park was absolutely great. He gave us a lot of information, helped us choose the product, matched the offer from Bensons and gave us some freebies as well which made us very very happy and satisfied. He also was very patient. The tempur mattress that we bought was had at the best price in the market. Will definitely buy again and will recommend family and friends. Dreams was a dream to shop in......dreams came true!!!!!

I been to the shop couple of days back to buy two bed frames and 2 mattresses.I received a exceptional welcome and great customer service.The girl was behind the counter(Laura) was really helpful.She tried to go an extra mile with her customer service skills.we were really happy we had that experiencing in that store. I love shopping again in that store.

dreams store sthelens went in just to have a look the staff are amazing ask loads of questions they answered every one so helpful nothing was to much trouble we took long time browsing beds and that was not a problem then we chose the bed we wanted the service was next to none and laura is one special lady so helpful a credit to dreams, thanks laura x

"Ash" your colleague who served me was "made for the job" he was the most patient person i could have asked for in purchasing my bed. I was deliberating about various variations to my existing bed but his knowledge and his "devils advocate" approach convinced me to make my purchase. I was made to feel welcome as soon as i walked in the showroom, the difference i felt was i was not a piece of meat to be picked at i was someone who needed advise and information. I would recommend Ash to my friends also his manager who i spoke to at the end of the transaction, I would have been happy if he had served me. Well done Ash
