The problem was about the unavailability to pay by monthly payments because I don't have 3 years address history in UK but only 2 years

Good knowledge and friendly staff

We were only looking for ideas when we called in to the store but was soon amazed by the quality and price of the wardrobe we finally purchased. The manager, Richard, helped on our first visit and his friendliness and cooperation was exceptional, that's why we returned, as I had to measure if the furniture would fit in the bedroom before we made our purchase.

The staff all friendly made the whole family welcome, due to having small children with me. Kevin who dealt with order went above and beyond to make picking items easy and giving us as much help as possible. Will be coming back for children's beds in the future.

I would have expected nothing less than complete satisfaction on my visit to your St Helens Store,I bought my last bed from you 4 or 5 years ago and have had no problems at all,so to me that speaks for it's self.I am sure that the comfort of my bed would have lasted for another couple of years.but I needed to change to an ajustable bed .Woulld Like to congratulate you on your choice of staff brill.....

The sales assistant, Laura, was extremely helpful, yet not intrusive. Her product knowledge was excellent and she spent time actually listening to us to understand what we wanted, and why, and was able to advise us well on the best options for our needs. She explained everything fully and clearly and we did not feel under any pressure to buy there and then, although we did decide to buy there and then, partly because of the lack of pressure put on us. We are both very please with the service we received and can't wait to receive our new Tempur mattress .

The man who served us was very friendly, he knew exactly what we wanted and didn't waste any time trying to sell us something that wasn't suitable. He was very knowledgeable and s soon as we let him know what type of mattress we preferred he knew exactly where to point us. We shall definitely be returning to this store for our next purchase.
