We were allowed to take as much time as we wished to consider the various type of mattress we were looking for

This is the third purchase we have made from Dreams at the St. Helens Store and have always found the members of Staff very friendly, know their products and are a pleasure to deal with

Helped us decide which mattress was best for our needs, made us a cup of tea and left us alone to make our final chose. None pushy

Visited twice, first visit was for information given by Kevin, went home to consider, looked at other options. Second visit Kevin was busy looked after by Ashley who helped my husband who is disabled to view the products in which we were interested. We were given all the information needed and helped to make a good decision and are now looking forward to enjoying our purchase. Thanks to all concerned.

We were looking for a specific mattress. Ashley showed us 3 different options available and let us spend as much time as we wanted trying them all out even though the store was almost closing. He kept the store open for us to complete our purchase. He also said he would ring me back the following day with an answer to a further enquiry, which he did.

Enough assistance without seller coming across to pushy!

The helpfulness of the colleagues and their ability to explain the process of ordering and delivery from start to finish. We were happy with the style of the furniture (Camden) and we are looking forward to the enjoying to furniture in our new home.
